Table of Contents
Article 1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the travel content creation, sharing, and sales services ("Service") provided by Kruzfactory (크루즈팩토리) through the Papertrip platform (minicanvas.io) ("Company", "we", "us"), and define the rights and obligations between the Company and its users ("you", "User").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Article 2. Content Creation, Publication & QR Origin Policy
Original-Promotion Mechanism for Travel-Course Books
Users may modify and edit travel courses within the Service to create and sell books (including PDFs and printed publications). However, all such publications will automatically include on the cover page a QR code that links directly to the original travel course.
This QR code is designed to promote the original course creator's content. When a reader (buyer) scans the QR code, they can view the original travel course in the Papertrip app and add it to their personal follow list.
Sellers may not remove, obscure, or alter this QR code in any way. Attempts to circumvent this requirement constitute a violation of these Terms.
In plain terms: Even when a book is created from a modified course and sold commercially, the cover QR code always points back to the original travel course. This system protects original creators' contributions, recognizes community authorship, and ensures that the source of inspiration is always credited.
What this means for sellers
- You may freely customize, extend, and repackage travel courses as a product.
- Your modifications and editorial additions belong to you.
- The cover QR link to the original course is non-negotiable and permanent.
- Buyers of your book automatically become aware of the original source course on Papertrip.
Article 3. Prohibited Content in Sales & Seller Liability
⚠ Seller Liability Notice: All legal, civil, and moral responsibility for the sale and distribution of content rests solely with the seller. The Company assumes no liability whatsoever for content created or sold by users. Sellers indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their content.

However, by submitting content to the Service, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service on a non-commercial basis.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
