자동 수집 정보

서비스 이용 과정에서 IP 주소, 앱 버전, 운영체제 정보, 접속 일시, 서비스 이용 기록 등이 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 서비스 오류 분석 및 보안 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
During use of the Service, IP address, app version, OS information, access times, and usage logs may be automatically collected. This information is used solely for service error analysis and security purposes.

비판매 원칙: 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

제3조 개인정보의 제3자 제공
Article 3. Third-Party Disclosure
회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
The Company does not, as a rule, disclose users' personal information to external parties, with the following exceptions:
- 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
- When the user has given prior consent
- 법령에 의거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우

제4조 콘텐츠 판매 시 개인정보 보호 의무
Article 4. Personal Data Obligations in Content Sales
판매자 의무: 판매 콘텐츠(PDF, 여행책 등)에 개인정보를 포함하는 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다. 판매자는 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집·공개·유통하여서는 아니 됩니다.
Seller Obligation: Including personal information in sold content (PDFs, travel books, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Sellers must not collect, disclose, or distribute others' personal information without authorization.

- 동의 없이 수집된 타인의 위치정보
- Third-party location data collected without consent
- 기타 개인을 식별할 수 있는 모든 정보
- Any other information that can identify an individual
위반 시 해당 콘텐츠는 즉시 삭제되며, 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관에 신고될 수 있습니다.
Violations will result in immediate content removal and may be reported to the relevant authorities under applicable law.

제6조 개인정보의 파기
Article 6. Destruction of Personal Information
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일 형태의 경우 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 서면의 경우 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose of processing has been fulfilled will be promptly destroyed. Electronic files will be permanently deleted using non-recoverable methods; physical records will be shredded or incinerated.
제7조 이용자의 권리

권리 행사는 앱 내 '계정 설정 > 개인정보 관리' 또는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 서면·이메일로 요청하실 수 있습니다. 회사는 요청일로부터 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 통보합니다.
Rights may be exercised via 'Account Settings > Privacy Management' in the app or by written/email request to the Privacy Officer below. The Company will notify you of the outcome within 10 days of the request.

제12조 처리방침의 변경
Article 12. Changes to This Policy
본 방침이 변경될 경우 시행 7일 전 앱 공지 또는 이메일로 고지합니다. 중요한 권리 변화의 경우 30일 전 고지합니다.
If this Policy changes, we will notify you via in-app announcement or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For material changes to your rights, we will provide 30 days' notice.
